During this time period from Thursday, May 11th to Tuesday, May 16th, the Traffic Signal will be on a 4-way red flash mode making the intersection a 4-Way Stop.

Motorist will be inconvenienced during this time period and need to pay particular attention when entering the 6th and Franklin intersection and understand that this intersection will be a 4-way stop.
