ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Professional Engineering Services

City of Junction City, Kansas

 

The City of Junction City, Kansas will receive proposals, from qualified professional engineering firms, through the City Clerk, by 3:00 p.m. September 4, 2015 at City Hall, 700 N. Jefferson St, Junction City, KS 66441. The Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Engineering Services will be for the development and completion of the design of a multi-use trail along 8th Street as part of a KDOT Transportation Alternatives Grant. The RFP and accompanying documents can be obtained by calling the Engineering Department at (785) 238-3103 or by stopping by the office at 700 N. Jefferson Street. Proposals shall be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed on the outside wrapper with a brief summary including the date and item you are bidding for.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.  Bid packages are available at the office of the City Clerk or the City website at www.junctioncity-ks.gov.  Questions regarding the bids should be directed to Kristofer Finger at (785) 238-3103 ext. 180.
