Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm, the Junction City Commission Board will hold a public hearing during the regularly conducted City Commission Meeting in the Municipal Court located at 701 N. Jefferson Street, Junction City, KS.
The public hearing will address the following request(s):
- The City Commission will consider the renewal of the city’s Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and adoption of a revised Neighborhood Revitalization Plan (NRP), as provided for in K.S.A. 12-17, 114 et seq.
The proposed Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and a description of the boundaries of the proposed Neighborhood Revitalization Area are available for inspection during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Building and Codes Offices, City of Junction City, Kansas at 700 N Jefferson in the basement.
All persons having an interest in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the time and place specified.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the City Commission will consider the findings necessary for the adoption of the proposed NRP to take action or may choose to continue consideration of these matters at a future date with no further published notice, as provided for in K.S.A. 12-17,118 et seq.
